PHOENIX, Ariz. — Envision Captive Consultants has launched its third group captive, the PowerShift Transportation captive, the company announced. The captive launched April 1, 2026. It is domiciled in Oklahoma, with Ascot providing fronting and reinsurance, according to the company.

PowerShift is open to many types of transportation organizations, such as traditional long-haul trucking, fuel hauling, passenger transportation, sand/gravel/aggregate hauling, and ready-mix fleets, among others, the company said.

The captive’s minimum premium is $350K and has a $400K retention, and the captive has the ability to provide additional limits, up to $5M for Auto and General Liability.
