PHOENIX, Ariz. — Envision Captive Consultants announced new recognition tied to sales performance and company growth.

Andrew Cardoza, a relationship manager at Envision Captive Consultants, received the firm’s Breakthrough Producer Award, presented to the company’s highest-performing producers at the company’s National Sales Conference.

Envision also was recognized for year-over-year growth, earning the top spot in the non-retail division, according to the company.

“The success and recognition that Envision is enjoying wouldn’t be achievable without our wonderful broker partners helping build our captives with elite, safety-minded organizations and the incredible team of service providers that provide best-in-class support to our members,” Cardoza said. “Envision is excited to continue to grow and find success, not only for us, but for our members as well.”
